Start Wherever Feels Closest
What I Help With
Most women who find me are dealing with more than one of these at once. Start wherever feels closest.

When More Than One Thing Is Going On
You may come in thinking about stress, then find yourself talking about the decisions you make for everyone else, a relationship that needs attention, or worry that follows you into the evening. These concerns do not have to fit neatly into one label. If you are parenting, caregiving or building a career, it can be hard to tell which demand is leaving you exhausted and which pattern keeps putting you last on your own list.
We can start with what feels heaviest. I listen for patterns in your thoughts and your days, and we agree on a practical place to begin. For some people, that means looking at the belief that you must handle everything. For others, it means practicing a boundary, making room to name a feeling, or noticing what happens in the body when responsibilities pile up. The goal is to understand what is actually draining you and build skills you can use between sessions.
This is not a list you need to diagnose yourself from. Read the areas below as starting points for a conversation. Individual therapy is available by secure video to adults located in Maryland during sessions, Monday to Friday. If you are unsure which area describes what you are experiencing, the free consultation is a place to ask.
